    Myself and my colleague were both getting a "Failed to save Hub. Please try again later" message on various Hubs today, but edits are actually being saved.

    In my enterprise Box instance I'm seeing a folder that was updated by “Box System (1)". What is the reason for this please?

  • video preview cutting off frames

    Hi, I've noticed that both MP4 and MOV video files are sometimes cut off by 2-3 frames at the end while in preview mode, but are complete when opened or downloaded.
