    My company used to have a Box corporate account but we don't have that anymore. I tried to reset my password, but it doesn't work. I don't get the email to do a reset. I do not have an internal Box...

    We no longer have Box internally. I wonder if the old profile is holding me up and preventing me from changing the password.

    I need to login to Box with my company email address, and Box isn't letting me reset the password. I belive we may have had SSO setup a few years ago so that may be part of the problem.
