So, the answer is NO. You can't arrange the files in any order you want. Files can only be sorted by like attributes. Worthless.

3. How can I change the list order of documents in a file I have uploaded?

It's incredible that Box hasn't figured this out yet. Not being able to sort the files anyway we want in the Folder is ridiculous.
