Box AI is available across Box, helping users summarize content, ask questions, and surface insights wherever they work with files. When used with Box Hubs, Box AI becomes especially powerful.
In a Box Hub, Box AI allows you to ask questions across all the content in that Hub. Box AI analyzes the files you have access to and generates summaries, insights, and responses based on that content.
Box AI is especially helpful when working with:
Meeting notes and summaries
Reports and strategy documents
Project documentation
Policies, procedures, and reference materials
Using Box AI with Hubs helps transform curated content into a more dynamic, searchable knowledge experience.

Box AI and Box Hubs in Action
In this short video, see how teams can use Box Hubs and Box AI together to organize campaign content, reduce time spent searching for files, and move work forward faster.
The example focuses on an advertising agency managing campaign assets, where complex folder structures often slow teams down. You’ll see how a Hub brings key materials into one clear, easy-to-navigate space—and how Box AI can instantly answer questions about campaign content without opening multiple files.
While this example uses a marketing scenario, the same approach applies to any team managing projects, programs, or shared knowledge.
