Unable to access my account due to Two-Step Verification
Dear Community,
I am using individual account since 10 years, 5 days before suddendly unable to access my account and box asking to setup two-step verificatino and provide your phone number. after entering phone number i am unable to get any sms on my phone and i am stucked to access my account. i have contacted to support they asked we dont provide direct support to individual please contact community. please help me to access my account.

AJ yes i continously looking into my email. but didnt get any further information. i have created this new account to access support because i was unable to access my previous account (of which case is registered). you need the my details of previous account. please ask whenever you need. i am seriously concerned about that.
