Want to subscribe to forum posts or topics?

You can receive email notifications of updated content in the Box Support Forum  by following Support Forum Topics and/or Posts. Following Topic or Posts Navigate to the Topic or Post in the Box Support Forum that you want to subscribe for updates.  You will see the Follow option to the right of the Topic/Post name Click "Follow" to get notifications When Following an entire Forum Topic, you can customise to follow only new posts or to also follow new comments that may appear on posts.   Managing your subscriptions To change your email subscription settings: Click your Avatar at the top-right of the page Select My activities from the drop-down menu You will then see three tabs; Requests, Contributions, and Following. Select Following to see your subscriptions. You can select to Unfollow any Topic or Post Complete You will now receive email notifications when the Topic and/or Post has been updated!  

About adding external users

Hi, everyone. I have difficulty in adding new external users on Box and there two cases. The first: I can send invitation mail to new users and they can accept it, but can not see and use any folders on Box. The second: When I try to send invitation mail to users whose address include @me.com, Box says like this user is not NON active. I am not sure whether or not this trouble comes from their domain, because I could add external users whose address has @me.com. I need any assistance. Thank you Michimoto

Enabling Content Recovery

Hi there. I think Content Recovery worked once for our enterprise.  However now we just get an error that says: "Apologies, we were unable to load this page. Please refresh the page or try again later." This happens every time any of our IT Admin team goes to Box Admin > Content > Content Recovery.    

Incorrect storage usage (have checked local folders)

Dear Box Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with the storage space calculation in my Box account. The online system shows that I am using 16.3GB of storage, but my local folders only occupy 12GB. This discrepancy has persisted for over a week, and it does not seem to resolve itself within 24 hours as mentioned in other posts. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter. Thank you for your time and support.
