    Welcome to the Box Community! I’m happy to help.

    I believe the issue is most likely a desktop-level firewall on the computer unable to upload. We should be able to fix this by configuring your firewall to allow Box's domains. If you cannot configure this computer's firewall yourself, you will need to loop in your IT team to whitelist Box's upload domains on this computer.
