Upload erro - Account storage limit reached
I have been getting the same "account storage limit reached" multiple times, even though my account says it's only used 1.8MB out of the 10GB. Additionally, my teammate with whom I share a folder, can upload and edit the files with no problem at all. I've tried following some of the "solutions" shown on similar posts, but with no success. Please help! Box is an essential working feature for me.

Hi Luiz,
Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.
You may be uploading files to one of the folders shared to you. It's important to note that shared folders enforce the file size limit that applies to the Folder Owner's plan, whether or not any of the collaborators within the folder have a higher limit.
Please have your collaborator check his storage.
To confirm the file size limit for the account. Have the user log into Box. Click on the arrow next to the name in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Settings > Account. Your Max file size is listed under Account Details.
Best,

Hey AJ,
Thank you for the support. Unfortunately, even after deleting several files from the folder, I'm still not able to upload new files. We have checked the size of the folder through different methods, and they all show the folder does not occupy the full 10GB. Right now, it shows the folder only ocuppies 6.28 out of the 10GB. Is there anything we can do to fix that?
Best,
Luiz Mendonça
