My C Drive Folder & Files Are Now Gone
I am just a personal user with a paid account and it now appears that all files are in the cloud and not on my laptop. I want files on my laptop as well as cloud. The option to download them back to my C-drive is not there and it appears I don't have the authority to give it to myself? I logged into the account and Box.com wants me to pay for a higher subscription for the right to my own data? I'm already paying and wasn't made aware that box.com would snatch and grab data as well as delete it from my C-drive. Please help! Thx.
