Box drive not synching to box online
Hi,
I have installed my box drive on my mac but when I save files it does not reflect on my box online. Also I can see all the folders on my drive but when I want to access it, it just does not do anything. It does not attempt to download to drive and if I can open a folder it crashes my software.
It says that there is no active transfers or problem items but it does say the last time I was online was october 3rd (its the 11th now) and i use the box drive and online everyday so not sure where that disconnect is.
