Login Issues due to Authenticator
Hi,
I have BOX. I can access BOX on my desktop. When I want to log in using a browser, it asks me for my login username and password. Once I type this, it asks me for an authenticator code. However, BOX does not send this authenticator code to any phone I possess. Thus, I can not fully utilize BOX. How can this be solved such that I can access BOX on a browser?
I once had an email exchange with a BOX help desk. The person on the other side send me an email once a day. The person asked me questions about when I opened the BOX account. I do not remember when I first opened the BOX account. Thus, he denied to help me after a week of email chat. This type of lack of irresponsibility to help even with login issues frustrates me.
