Personal Account, merged into corporate account, now deactivated.
I had a personal account, registered with my work email. We then set up a test/eval instance of box, and my account was merged with that "corporate" instance. Now the test/eval has expired and been deactivated, and I can no longer access the files that were with my personal account. It tells me the account has been deactivated. How can I get my files back. PS: The account I am using to post this problem is not the account affected.
