Unable to upload as storage is full

    Hi Megan,

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    You have enough space in your Box account to upload files. 

    You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

    It looks like you are unable to upload files to your collaborator's account since it has reached the allocated storage space in the account. 

    The maximum file size limit for this account is based on the file owner’s account type.

    I suggest that you contact this user you are uploading files to.
