[MAJOR ISSUE] Still Experiencing Much-Slower Than Usual Upload Times (from Major Issue reported today)

Understood a fix has been deployed, but our organization is still experiencing much slower than usual upload speeds, as well as uploads stalling/crashing (which is big deal for us, as we're a streaming client working with AV). Can we confirm this issue is still being addressed/worked on? It's urgent this be resolved because it's impacting our work.

It appears that there was a recent issue in Box that our engineering found in uploading files in Box. We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved by our team.

I am similarly experiencing issues with uploading files. I am unable to upload any files (regardless of size). Is someone able to check my account specifically to determine whether there are any specific issues, given that the status update is that this issue has been resolved? I have tried throughout the day with no luck.
