Billing issue was resolved, Boxed files still unable to access.
CompletedMy company Migrate-America had a billing issue that was supposedly resolved. I cannot access any box files. a new message is appearing however that wasn't before.
THE MESSAGE STATES:
Location unavailable
If the location is on this PC make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, then try again.
