Box Dive Folder Errors — Mac
AnsweredHi there,
I have been making new additions to my Drive and the folders have a sync icon that will not go away (it has been 5 days now) and a red exclamation mark. How do I clear/resolve these? Do I just need to delete the whole folder and start over?
I would love to know what the issue is but when I check the files all seems to be fine. It's an issue with the folder and no particular file within.
