    Hi Carrie,

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    I believe this is more on Assistant than to Box. I suggest that you make the email associated with assistant the primary email.

    Here is what I found online regarding assistant.

    How do I give assistant access to my email?
     
    Gmail Delegation
    1. Log into your Gmail account.
    2. Go to the settings option.
    3. Select accounts tab.
    4. Click on the add another account option.
    5. Enter the email address of your Assistant.
    6. Click on send email to grant access.
    7. Your Assistant to confirm delegation request.

    This is actually for the box results. I get the result notifications to my work email and don't always have time to get to my email. I would like to add my nurses email so that she also gets the notification as well. This will ensure that the results are in the chart for me to review before the patient's call asking about them. It is an Outlook account, not a gmail account.

    Hi Carrie,

    Have you tried adding a secondary email to your Box account?

    To add an email address:

    • Click Add more emails.

    • Enter your new email address and click the Save button.

    • An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.

    Is this something that can only be done with an upgraded account or can it be done with the basic account? I have added my assistant's email as the personal email to see if that would do the trick.

    OK. I have added her email as the personal email but I am not able to find the option that you are telling me about. There is no option to add an email
