Unable to upload small videos + photos
AnsweredI have been trying to upload files and an error message of "Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again." pops up

Does the same behavior happen as well after using the "Upload" button and by "dragging and dropping" the files in Box?
To confirm the file size limit for your account, log into Box. Click on the arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Settings > Account. Your Max file size is listed under Account Details.
