Box v2 Webhook response doesn't have triggers and response

I have configured the v2 webhook from the BOX account.
Please see attached screenshot
I am also getting some responses on the Address URL configured into the webhook. Still, I didn't get any trigger response and not getting much information into the webhook response when I create, rename, OR deleted any folder.

Please let me know what I missed here to configure the webhook, OR if I made any mistake here.
