Deactivated email address
AnsweredI have a Box account under a previous email acct giun1sgrant@verizon.net. I no longer have that email account. How can I access my info that's stored there. I had previously asked this but had no response. Due to a drastic change in my life, I have been out of commission and it's been at least two years since my initial inquiry.

If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.
Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.
