Failing to Sync and connect back to Box on Mac
AnsweredAll our server files on Box.com were uploading and syncing freely yesterday but today it has tried to redownload every file and now says I dont have enough memory to complete it.
Then told to contact support for help.
So....please help!

Check with the file owner Box Sync’s functions are also dependent on the quota eligibility of the file owner. The maximum file size limit for this account is based on the file owner’s account type. See https://www.box.com/pricing/ for eligibility information.
If you are unable to sync a file in Box because of the inherited file quota limits, alert the folder owner.
