    There may be many possibe reasons why you are having this issue and we need to pinpoint exactly what is causing this.

    The best is to check whether you can click on the link using a computer that should check whether or not the link is legit.

    If it is valid then try logging in to your Box account in phone or phone app and see if it does take you to this link.
