Duplicate storage after moving folders

Hello, I originally had 47 gb of data out of my 50 gb limit on my box account. I tried creating a folder to move some of my files around and now it says I have 90 gb of data and that I need to get more storage. I am sure that some files were duplicated while trying to move files from one folder to another since I didn't upload a single file. I did this while on my android tablet (through the app). Is there a way to erase the duplicate files or should I just download everything and re-upload my files. Thanks!
