Help with Box Sign / Salesforce Solution

Hi,

Hoping to get some direction on solving a business use case using Box Sign. We have a form that needs to be sent out and signed by the client and our chief compliance officer. The form itself may change depending on the wealth management firm the client is associated with. We have our Salesforce instance connected to Box, ideally I'm hoping the solution could be initiated from Salesforce. Happy to provide as much details as needed, but just looking to get some thoughts on the best way to approach this. Thanks in advance!
