Schedule backup to Box folder

Hi all.
Is it possible to schedule a backup task from my PC to Box?
For local backups I use SyncBack - can it see my cloud space too?

Box makes it easy to back up your computer to the cloud. Simply download Box Drive onto your computer and drag and drop the files or folders you would like to back up online. You can also back up your computer by uploading files or folders to box.com.Best,
