    Does this happen when you login to Box through this link? 

    https://app.box.com/login or go on incognito?

    Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again?

    Hi AJ.
    Thanks for your response. 
    I've tried using Box via the mobile webpage as you suggested and that worked fine. I had no "Company Login" requirements and was able to download the files I wanted.
    I haven't yet tried reinstalling the App but I only installed it a few weeks ago. Do you that might make any difference?
    When I launch the app I get a message saying "Your organisation controls your use of this app" which is infuriating.
