I am getting the above message when trying to access a n approved shared folder, any advice?

Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.
You should be able to access the shared folder once accepted. If you are unable to see the shared folder in the account even though you had access to this then my I advise is to contact the owner of this folder.
1.) Owner should see in the account that you are part of the collaboration.
2.) If not, ask to send you the invitation again.
