How to mark users as inactive using Powershell and CLI?

I have the CLI setup and used the "inactive users" reporting script successfully. I now want to use that csv export to mark them as inactive.  I don't want to deprovision like the other script in the git hub library.  Anyone have a script to mark inactive from csv?
