Upload failed - exceeds storage quota

My company is currently undertaking a significant initiative of copying of all old files and folders into a different folder structure in Box, which will then be migrated to a different program/server to be used as an archive and removed from Box.
Our account has unlimited storage, so this is not actually a storage quota issue. There is a lot of copying/pasting in numerous files by numerous users at the same time, so it seems Box has freaked out and is causing an error for all users stating that the upload of all files since yesterday has failed because it "exceeds storage quota."
This is a very important and time-sensitive initiative/project, so we need this addressed and also have Box update and find/upload all the files that have been moved by people in their Box truly as soon as possible on the company's entire account. Finally, we need this to be prevented from reoccurring, because over the next 2 weeks there will be increased similar activity as the company continues to migrate and copy/paste tens of thousands of files.

First, you need to check on your storage allocation in your account.
You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).
To confirm the file size limit for your account, log into Box. Click on the arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Settings > Account. Your Max file size is listed under Account Details.
Also, you may be uploading files to one of the folders shared to you. It's important to note that shared folders enforce the file size limit that applies to the Folder Owner's plan, whether or not any of the collaborators within the folder have a higher limit.
