Can't view a Shared Folder
AnsweredI received an invitation to view a folder, but when I attempt to open the folder using the links in the email invitation, I just get the message "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for," and my "All files" folder is empty.
I have not received anything prompting me to verify my email address (I had an existing Box account before I received the invite). I have dual authentication (via text message) set up. I have asked the sharer to re-send the invitation, but it still doesn't work.
The folder in question is being shared from an Enterprise account to an personal account, if that is relevant.

It looks like this is collaborated folder, I would suggest to directly communicate with the owner of files to see if you are still listed as a collaborator. Or they might have change the folder settings. You may refer them to the article below:
