    They may need to loop in their IT department for further assistance; please take a look at this help article:

    Also, please check your virus scan, Internet Service Provider, or company's mail server or firewall and make sure that their email client is not blocking emails from

    Hello AJ,

    It's strange because some people are receiving the invitations email but not all. Their IT department checked all the recommandations you sent and we didn't find the problems causes. I read that some email adress could be on "supression list". How can we know if we are in this case?
