Invitation mail isn't delivered to collaborators

I have sent sent to collaborators of an other organization multiple invitations to access a specific Box folder. Just one person received the email with the invitation. They have checked their spam folder, and there isn't anything in there either. They also haven't received any notifications when they signed into my Box account. Any troubleshooting advice?

Hello AJ,
It's strange because some people are receiving the invitations email but not all. Their IT department checked all the recommandations you sent and we didn't find the problems causes. I read that some email adress could be on "supression list". How can we know if we are in this case?
