Need To RESET MFA Device for a user
CompletedWe are not a BOX account. However, we have accounts that were created because other companies have shared BOX links with us. One of my users can use her username and password to login, but is asked for a code from Microsoft Authenticator.
When the code is entered, it says its the wrong code. Can you contact me for the username and reset her MFA Please ?
