my account may have been hacked

I am having some issues. I had shared files and it seems the account was hacked. Some files were deleted and some were replaced. Now its in Chinese. Is there any way to speak with an agent?

Are you logged in to your Box account through the webapp?
Are you seeing the language in the "All Files" page in Chinese including the file/folder names?
Have you tried going to your Account Settings on the right pane of the page to change the language settings?
Under Account Settings dropdown click on the second tab going down which would bring you to the Language section. Choose English.
Phone support is only available for business accounts and higher and can be requested here https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
If you think that your Box account was illegally accessed then you can check the location and time it was accessed under Account Settings> Security.
To protect your account further you can set up a 2FA by following these instructions through this link.
