Getting a refund
AnsweredOn Jan. 10, 2023 I canceled my account, well before the renewal date of Jan. 20, 2023, but my card was charged again for another year. I want my money back.
I have been a member since 2007 and have always been very happy with your service. That is, until now! I can't believe that I can't make a phone call, especially with billing problems which are time sensitive.
