V1 Webhook not triggering on multiple triggers

Hi all, I currently have a working V1 webhook set up listening for file uploads. I added in the deleted trigger but it's not triggering - anyone have any obvious thoughts about what the issue might be? The file upload triggers just fine, and I re-auth'ed the app after adding the deleted trigger, but I'm not getting anything.
