Hola. 

Tengo una cuenta en BOX con una dirección de correo electrónico que ya no funciona. No se abre con mi antigua contraseña. Tengo otra cuenta nueva, pero deseo recuperar la que tiene todos mis documentos

I have a BOX account with an email address that no longer works. It won't open with my old password. I have another new account, but I want to recover the one with all my documents
