    You have two choices (and I recommend both):
    1) As long as you can still get into Box via the web, login and change your password (and enable MFA if you can).

    2) In your Account Settings (accessible via your name in the upper right corner), go to the fourth tab "Security" and click on the X next to all sessions except your current on.  This will kill any sessions that try to remain connected.  They may, for a bit, be able to see the actual contents of Box Drive if they can get into your local profile but will be unable to open any of the files.
