Can't Upload Gopro video files

Hello,

In the past I have uploaded gopro files without problems (see screenshot from Jan 2023) but now I am unable to upload them (see screenshots of error messages). All files are under 20G which I think is our file limit. They begin the upload and then before finishing, I get an error message. Any ideas how to get them uploaded? thanks, Eva
