We can't log into our account
AnsweredWe have just tried logging into our account this mornng with our usual credentials and an error message appears saying to contact our administrator. Is there a wider issue with Box today?

Good morning,
I have been trying to access a document thru these links : https://login.account.box.com/login / and https://prahs.box.com/s/j438e92bjk4ca6s5p4dntosr6g7y3qiq with no success. Every time the study team send me something thru BOX, I need to request to send the document as an attachment because there is no way I can access the document. Please advise. Thank you.
