Hi 

I want to prevent all collaborators from getting an email notification stating "files were downloaded from ... ". I want to prevent all collaborators from changing their notification settings so that they can switch this notification back on. 

I still want all collaborators to get a email notification when files are uploaded. 

Is this possible?

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    I know that I have my list of must-have features and if you spend much time on this forum you'll see that users have a very wide range of requests which I believe the team collects. These include some they can reasonably deliver and some they have no control over.

    Unfortunately, we don't currently offer the feature you asked about.
