How can I change my business account to an individual free one?

Please help me. I've been issued an invoice by Box and I accidentally created the business account rather than the free one. I got offered an internship at a firm and they use the Box and required us to create an account. I didn't know that I would be sent an invoice of over £800! I am a university student and cannot afford this sort of money. My account just prompts me to upgrade and not degrade. Why is this website pushing for consumers money so much? Please could you degrade my account?
