New Comments not Showing up on Desktop (with Screenshots)

I've posted twice now. My comments on a single particular document won't show up if they were made on a certain date. They do show up on mobile but not on desktop, I've tried different computers, and clearing cached files. New comments on other files work, it's just one particular file which has many comments, but after Jan 24th or so, the new comments won't show up once I exit the screen. I've attached a screenshot of the same page, one on mobile which shows all the comments, and one which has the majority of comments missing. The 9 pages following where I put comments are completely blank in terms of comments. Please advise.
