AnsweredI recently invited someone to add documents into a folder I created. However, when they went to add items, they were prompted by a limited storage error message and could not add documents to the site. I thought sharing out of network allowed for unlimited storage. For example, I have three people from my company all as admins, but everyone else is outside of my network. Why am I having a data shortage issue?

To confirm the file size limit for your account, log into Box. Click on the arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account Settings > Account. Your Max file size is listed under Account Details.
It's important to note that shared folders enforce the file size limit that applies to the Folder Owner's plan, whether or not any of the collaborators within the folder have a higher limit.
