Collaborator not getting verification email
AnsweredHi - I have added a collaborator to a folder, but they are not receiving the email invitation. They have already checked their spam folder as well. Please advise the next steps here - thank you in advance.

I suggest that this user contact us with the email in question for us to check the email from our bounced email list. This typically happens when a user's email client repeatedly hard bounces our emails back to our server.
