The app does not use server authentication issue
AnsweredHi there,
We have an integration that currently relies on OAuth2.0 for user management from Rippling's identity provider service.
One of our customers recently tried to install the integration and ran into a "The app does not use server authentication." error.
No other customers using the integration have run into this issue.
Additionally, given the customer's account status, they were required to provide a client ID for white labeling. We thought this may be correlated with the issue, but they used our existing client ID.
These are a few details of the integration.

Sounds like your customer may need to take a closer look at where to 'authorize' the application in the Box Admin Console. They may be confusing a JWT app's authentication with whitelisting an unpublished application. See if this article helps get them going in the right direction: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195053-Disabled-by-Administrator-Cannot-Use-Application
