The Manage Collaborators option is not available after update of file via file system

The "Manage Collaborators" option is not available on a file located in my personal folder within Box.

Several other options are absent from the menu for this file - including Move and Bin.

There are several versions of this file now within Box.

The file is maintained on a macOS laptop and then copied to the folder under the Box device created by the Box Sync app.

The file system permissions on this file in this file system folder are identical to those on other files in the folder that have a full set of options on the menu.

Can this be resolved on the existing file?

    This issue is resolved by uploading the file at least once via the Box Web Interface.
