Login blocked
Hi,
I have an employee in Cuba right now that isn't able to login to her Box account. This is what the response she sees. I haven't been able to find anything stating that Cuba blocks the usage of Box.com. Can anyone provide insight?

You'll need an official answer from Box, so I suggest submitting a trouble ticket, but my suspicion is that it's blocked because the U.S. still continues most of its prohibition on doing business with Cuba, and Box probably complies by not allowing logins that are visibly from Cuba.
If your employee uses a VPN hosted in Europe, and connects to that first, they might be able to then connect. (Assuming the problem is what I think it is.)
