Not Able to access API's

When I try to access API's getting this error. "User does not have an enterprise". Could you please help us out.

  Hi,

  You're probably using a free developer account, which by it self is not an issue, however we had to temporarily turn off these features.

  We apologize for the inconvenience.

  It should be back soon.
