Cannot Upload Files
I cannot upload files to my box account. I have tried different op systems ad different firewalls and its not working. I also am seeing issues when trying to preview PDF's that I had no problem viewing before. Now says Annotations Failed to Load.
I saw a post say that this was fixed but I don't believe that to be true and I need this account resolved soon to upload context to my users!

Having the same issue over here, the "Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again." message pops up anytime I try to upload something today. It was okay up until last night, but despite trying the different tips (clearing my browser's cache, updating my browser to the newest version, etc) nothing fixed it.

I also tried all of the "tips" they mentioned and none of them worked. I even used 3 different machines and other networks. I think I am up a creek without a paddle as I am using the free version so I cannot find any options to report a case. I did notice that they posted on 4/21 that they had an issue but then they posted it was resolved. I do not believe this to be true.
I have used the free version of box for almost 17 years. First time I've ever had a problem and unfortunately, now I am probably going to have to move my content to Google Drive.
